One of the ways we can give back to the community is by giving your club and organization a creative way to make money!
Here's how you can raise funds for YOUR GROUP!
1) Pick a regular scheduled MHARA Race Date and contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check on availability and to confirm your date, gather information, etc.
2) Once you have your date set, your organization is able to start selling sell tickets to the event (tickets will be printed out and ready for pick-up by a representative from your club) and your organization gets to keep 70% of the ticket sales!
3) Your club will be given the opportunity to sell 50/50 (you must retain the AGLC license 45 days prior to your event date for your club to do so) and hold silent auctions, etc. if you wish.
4) We reserve a spot for your club at the event to have your display/set-up and include you in the social media advertising and website promotion leading up to the event
